The ideal candidate will possess real estate experience in a busy law firm or related environment. They must work well under pressure as well as under minimal supervision and can deal with difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. The candidates must also be very organized, have excellent time management skills, and display a positive attitude.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analyze title searches from multiple provinces to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide superior customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Deal directly with lender, broker, law firms, and clients to resolve issues, communicating effectively and professionally.
  • Review documents with clients, processing documentation for signing once all issues have been resolved.
  • Complete and verify all mortgage information with the client, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare documents according to lender requirements, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • College diploma in a related field, such as real estate law or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in real estate law handling files from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
