You will also be responsible for ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff

  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters

In addition to these responsibilities, the Sales Team Lead will also be responsible for supporting newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster. This will involve recruiting and hiring new staff members, providing training and support, and ensuring that they have the necessary resources to succeed in their roles.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in supervising staff
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
