Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of accounting and finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Lead a team of two direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve financial performance

Requirements:

  • CPA designation
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
