Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Roys Indian Restaurant Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, and supervise staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and reputation.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
