Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Office Lead to oversee our accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting cycle, supervising accounting activities, and providing support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the accounting cycle, including payables, receivables, banks, credit cards, and expense accounts, ensuring deadlines are met for all company subsidiaries.
  • Supervise various accounting activities, such as preparing tax returns for the company and its international subsidiaries.
  • Provide support to project teams with urgent transactions and anomaly management.
  • Identify training needs of accounting technicians and help them develop their skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
  • Knowledge of consumption tax rules in Canada and the United States.
  • Experience in personnel management and team talent development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Professional proficiency in both French and English, oral and written.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a wellness account, allowing you to claim personal expenses up to $250 per year, and a personalized training and skills development plan through the MF School.
