As a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Chief People Officer at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board. About the Opportunity

We are seeking a driven professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative assistance at the executive level. You will be responsible for supporting the Chief People Officer in keeping them well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, proactively anticipating needs. Your ability to prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, and follow through on projects to successful completion will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief People Officer in managing their schedule, coordinating complex international travel itineraries, and developing, editing, and finalizing documents and presentation materials.
  • Prioritize tasks, identify and indicate items requiring urgent action, and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Build internal and external relationships crucial to the success of the organization and the Chief People Officer, developing deep understanding of the business units and departments across the organization.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative assistance at the executive level.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Practical hands-on experience managing projects.
  • The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times on a wide range of issues.
  • Strong customer service orientation, flexibility, and willingness to work independently.
