Job Title: Sales/Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales/Store Associate to join our team at Accoravillage. As a Sales/Store Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by being knowledgeable about all products offered
  • Deliver sales and operational expectations while maintaining personal and productivity goals
  • Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs
  • Maintain awareness of all product knowledge through training and share expertise with customers
  • Assist with brand awareness by supporting store management with social media initiatives
Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of retail experience
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm for the running environment
  • Self-motivated to complete tasks with little supervision
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
