Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Esso Sardis. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily store operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate and procure merchandise for resale.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, with a permanent position and 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: Fluency in English.
