Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our ice and snow team as a Snow Removal Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from commercial, institutional, and industrial properties in the west Mississauga and Milton area.

This is a part-time position that requires availability to work on short notice, at all times of the day and night, as dictated by the weather and operational response requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate snow blowers and other hand tools to clear snow from paved surfaces

Lift and spread de-icing products

Assist team leaders in successful completion of assigned tasks

Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient clearing and de-icing of properties

Be available to work evening to late night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required

Requirements:

Previous snow removal experience is an asset

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials

Physical fitness to work in outdoor winter conditions

Availability to work on short notice

Reliability and punctuality
