Job Description:

A full-time Leadership Development Manager role is available at Western Financial Group. This position will be responsible for guiding and coaching advisors to meet their individual and team goals, conducting observational-based coaching sessions, and performing historical call audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and coach advisors to meet their individual and team goals.
  • Conduct observational-based coaching sessions to improve advisor performance.
  • Perform historical call audits to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Set and monitor performance targets for the team.
Requirements:
  • General Insurance Level 2 License required.
  • History of modeling the way when implementing initiatives and best practices.
  • Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal.
