About the Role

As a Food Service Supervisor at Sushi Cove, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Ensure that all food service staff are working together as a cohesive unit to provide excellent customer service and quality food.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and guidance to new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets, and control costs to ensure that we are operating within our means.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
