Senior Management Leader

As the Senior Manager at Turtle Jack's, you'll lead your team in delivering top-notch service and operations that exceed our high standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Running and improving all restaurant operations while maintaining our policies and procedures
- Maximizing long-term profitability through positive leadership, boosting team morale, increasing guest satisfaction, and building sales
- Maintaining budgeted sales growth, food and beverage costs, and labor costs
- Sustaining a clean and efficient work environment, operational standards, Health & Safety compliance, and AGCO regulations
- Managing financials and adhering to accounting standards
- Providing reviews, coaching, and guidance to team members
This role requires:
- A minimum of 2 years' management experience in a comparable restaurant environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills, knowledge of computers, and restaurant software programs
- Understanding of managing budgets, labor, and food costs, as well as strong leadership and development skills
- An All In positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
