WWW FOOD LTD is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing meats for processing and cutting, as well as cutting and trimming standard cuts of meat.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut and trim standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets
- Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers
- Slice cooked meats
- Prepare special orders
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
