Job Title: Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Forvan Technology Services. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support analysts and providing technical support to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of technical support analysts to provide technical support to clients
  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolving complex technical issues and escalating to senior technical staff as needed
  • Developing and implementing technical support processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services
Responsibilities:

The Technical Support Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of technical support analysts to ensure timely and effective delivery of technical support services
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior technical support analysts
  • Developing and implementing technical support processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of technical support services
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services
  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
Requirements:

To be successful as a Technical Support Supervisor, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of ITIL and mainframe systems
