East End Tailoring Ltd. is seeking a skilled Clothing Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and stylish clothing designs that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor junior designers and production staff to ensure high-quality designs and timely delivery of products.
- Develop and implement design concepts, color palettes, and fabric selections that align with our brand's aesthetic and target market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales, to ensure design integrity and meet business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, technologies, and industry developments to maintain our competitive edge.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience in fashion design.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of fashion design principles, including color theory, texture, and pattern.
