Job Title: General Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled General Construction Labourer to join our team at Lakeview Infinity Pools. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of swimming pools and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, including cranes and other machinery.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction and assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications and assist in demolishing buildings.
  • Perform routine maintenance work and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements:
  • Experience in construction or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
  • Valid safety certifications and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
