About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Digital Product team at Air Canada. This individual will oversee the strategy and execution of new and improved features for the flight shopping portfolio in our mobile app.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for flight shopping in our mobile app
  • Collaborate with Senior Product Managers and leadership to ensure the product roadmap aligns with strategic digital program objectives
  • Communicate the product roadmap and collaborate with Release Train Engineers to ensure release planning meets goals
  • Work with Solution Managers, System Architects, and Digital Platform teams to ensure functional capabilities and requirements are met
  • Support day-to-day sprint activities with agile delivery teams
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and analytics data to drive product evolution
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear direction to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Participate in meetings across the organization to support the intake of new requirements and provide initial gap assessments
  • Prepare presentations to communicate the product vision, roadmap, new features, and data with business stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4+ years of Business Analyst, Product Owner, and/or Product Manager experience focused on delivering complex digital products
  • Experience supporting the development of mobile applications, with a strong preference for experience in the e-commerce domain
  • Familiarity with designing or implementing APIs to enable complex business logic
  • Ability to provide clear direction and effective communication both in technical and non-technical terms
  • Understanding of digital design guidelines and their application to digital channels
  • Experience leading or participating in product discovery sessions
  • Familiarity working in an agile methodology, with scaled agile (SAFe) as a plus
  • Experience working with Digital Analytics tools strongly preferred, but not required
