Bakery Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to join our team at 11030434 CANADA LTD. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
- Staff Management: Train staff, schedule staff, and oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
