Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Ayman Soliman Medicine Professional Corp.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and assembling data for periodic and special reports.
  • Perform data entry and training staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • No supervision responsibility.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and large workloads.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
