COGIR Immobilier, a reputable property management company, is seeking a skilled Full-Time Maintenance Attendant to join our team in an evening shift position.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$20 per hour, plus evening premium pay. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a referral program, free parking, uniform provision, sick days, time off for family obligations, floating days off, social leave, vacation, and a human management approach.

The successful candidate will maintain the common areas of Le St-Augustin residence, a private seniors' home. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of entryways and common areas
  • Cleaning and maintaining the premises, including sweeping and cleaning floors, taking out trash, and washing windows
  • Performing painting and construction tasks as required

To excel in this role, you will require professional training in general building maintenance (an asset) and a high school diploma (SSD). We are committed to providing a welcoming and tight-knit team environment with opportunities for growth and development.
