We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at 'Advanced staffing & IT recruitment services'. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in human resources, with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be willing to relocate for this position and have a strong attention to detail.

In this role, you will work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, performing repetitive tasks and coordinating with various stakeholders. You will be responsible for determining eligibility to entitlements, arranging staff training, and supervising personnel clerks.

  • Tasks: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, Prepare and post notices and advertisements, Collect and screen applicants, Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, Review candidate inventories, Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions, Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers, Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process, Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties, Recruit and hire staff
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows, Human resources software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Internet
