Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at JYSK Canada. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for assisting the store manager in implementing sales and merchandising strategies, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the store manager in developing and implementing sales and merchandising plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations
  • Assist with store stock management, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales of categories

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
