Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Aide to join our team at Weldon Pharmacy Inc. As a Pharmacy Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of prescription information and maintaining prescription records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure the accuracy of prescription information and maintain prescription records with precision.
  • Client Information Management: Enter client information into databases with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support to Pharmacists: Provide assistance to pharmacists in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely ordering of supplies and equipment.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
