Electromechanical Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Equipment Specialist to join our team at Charles River Laboratories. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various electromechanical systems within our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair reverse osmosis systems, ventilation systems, and other electromechanical equipment
- Perform regular maintenance checks on neutralization systems and wastewater stations
- Operate and troubleshoot the BAS automated building system
- Take differential pressure readings in the Vivarium
- Assist external contractors and other technicians as needed
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) or equivalent in Building Mechanics or Electromechanics
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field
- Able to lift loads up to 50 pounds and climb a stepladder or ladder
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
