Salary: $41,400 - $63,000 per year


We offer a total compensation package that includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards. Our salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.



Job Description

  • Support Investment Advisors (IAs) and IA Teams
  • Provide exceptional client service to support achievement of business objectives
  • Coordinate marketing activities on behalf of the advisory team
  • Prepare for client meetings, including scheduling appointments
  • Handle clients' general day-to-day requests and inquiries
  • Maintain and organize client database and client files
  • Process transactions and tasks for client accounts and files
  • Provide team members with support on technology issues and use of new technology
  • Gather and distribute information on updates to training, guidelines, technology, and other business-related information
  • Develop rapport and instill confidence with clients to develop credibility and promote a positive client experience
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of wealth management company and branch operations is an asset
  • Familiarity with technology applications and software used in the financial planning and investment industry
  • Successful completion of Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook exam within 18 months from date of hire
