Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager


About the Role:



  • As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, you will be responsible for analyzing budgets to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.
  • You will evaluate daily operations, monitor staff performance, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
  • Additionally, you will recruit staff, set staff work schedules, supervise staff, and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Other responsibilities include balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as conducting performance reviews.
  • You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Furthermore, you will participate in marketing plans and implementation, and lead or instruct individuals to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • You will address customers' complaints or concerns and provide customer service to ensure a positive experience for our patrons.
  • As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • You will also be required to stand for extended periods, and have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, and will be able to multitask and work well in a team.
