We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Site Manager for our Kearl Lake operation. This is a unique opportunity to lead a diverse team of over 80 professionals, including Class 1 Operators, supervisors, dispatchers, technicians, and HSE staff. The successful candidate will have the chance to work directly with clients, drive their satisfaction, and be part of a dynamic organization that values open communication, accountability, and quality service.

**Job Summary:**

  • Lead by example while overseeing and supervising daily business operations, ensuring effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Mentor a team of supervisors, focusing on performance, productivity, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement safety programs, policies, and procedures, working closely with the HSE Team to empower employees to operate safely.
  • Assist the Human Resources team with recruitment, employee assessments, and training plans.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular reporting and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

**What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience, formal leadership training, and a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation or working towards one. They will also possess excellent time management skills, be able to make decisive decisions, and think strategically. A team-first mindset, continuous improvement attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

**Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Location:** Fly-in/fly-out to Edmonton or Calgary, with camp accommodations at Wapasu Lodge during shifts.
