Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waterloo/St. Jacobs. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing leadership to our front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, coordinate room assignments, and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked front desk.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
