Job Title: Financial Services Manager

Rite Alliance Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives and goals.
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment, and other banking services, and attract corporate and individual customers.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in commercial banking and investment funds.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
