Job Description

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing programs and services to meet the needs of our members and stakeholders;
  • Providing technical and professional advice to ensure the highest quality of instruction and guidance;
  • Developing policies and procedures to implement programs and services effectively;
  • Recruiting and managing professional coaches and athletes to support our programs;
  • Managing the daily operations of our sport or recreational organization, including budget planning and monitoring;
  • Preparing budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial sustainability;
  • Leading and instructing groups of students, including children and adults, in various martial arts disciplines;
  • Demonstrating and instructing athletic, fitness, or sports activities and techniques to students and staff;
  • C Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of programs and services;
  • Representing the organization in negotiations and official functions, as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a martial arts or sports organization;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement solutions;
  • A proven track record of program development and management, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles, with experience in preparing and monitoring budgets;
  • Certification as a martial arts instructor, preferably in taekwondo or a related discipline.
