About the Role

This Sr Analyst SCM Construction Sourcing & Admin will be responsible for executing contracts in accordance with company contracting policies and procedures. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure contract development adherence to established Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with partners to ensure contract compliance
  • Analyze scopes of work to determine contracting strategy
  • Identify potential suppliers and prepare RFx packages
  • Negotiate with suppliers and prepare award recommendations
  • Support various department initiatives as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field, and 2-4 years of related experience in the SCM field
  • Proven communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with influencing and persuasive abilities
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Enrollment in the Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) / Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation program or equivalent
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements
