About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bodywork Specialist to join our team at SMB Massage & Spa. As a Bodywork Specialist, you will be responsible for administering massage techniques through soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, joint pain and lower grade mobilizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply finger and hand pressure to specific points of the body
  • Assess clients by conducting range of motion and muscle tests and propose treatment plans
  • Massage and knead muscles and soft tissues of the body

Work Environment:

This is a permanent position working 30 to 35 hours per week in a day spa setting. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field.
