We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Marketing Strategist to join our team at At Your Home Compassion Care.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, business development strategies, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This will include creating and executing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Create and execute campaigns across social media, email marketing, and content marketing channels
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, business development strategies, and exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions
  • Experience with social media, email marketing, and content marketing tools and platforms
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.
