Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 1318646 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that products are stored and retrieved efficiently.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Logistics and Operations: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work under pressure and handle weight up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
