We are seeking a skilled Construction Engineering Inspector to join our team in Ontario, Canada.

As a key member of our Contract Administration Division, you will be responsible for field inspection assignments on construction sites throughout the province. Your expertise will ensure compliance with contract documents, quality, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree or college diploma in Civil Engineering, as well as experience in engineering and construction inspection works. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills are essential for this role.

You will work independently and as part of a team, verifying quantities, preparing progress reports, and maintaining documentation. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are necessary for this position.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Description:
  • Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with contract documents, quality, and safety standards.
  • Interpret requirements and details of contract drawings and specifications.
  • Identify and act on contractual and regulatory infractions.
  • Verify quantities, prepare progress reports, and maintain documentation.
  • Liaise with contractors and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • University degree or college diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in engineering and construction inspection works.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
