Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at SANDHU DRYWALL SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
