Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Labour Source. As a key member of our production staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our custom tubing components.

About the Role:

  • Work in various departments to meet production demands
  • Maintain high-quality standards by inspecting products against specific work orders
  • Complete accurate production logs and reports as required
  • Monitor production processes through regular inspections

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform duties with responsibility, initiative, and a positive attitude
  2. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  3. Troubleshoot issues on the bench by identifying deficiencies
  4. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and supervisors
  5. Lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require manual dexterity, attention to detail, and good hand-eye coordination

Working Environment:

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that involves hot and noisy conditions. To ensure safety, steel-toed shoes and personal protective equipment are mandatory.

Compensation:
