Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Casure Seniors Association. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients in their homes and community settings.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with various needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores.
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
  • Administer first aid and respond to emergency situations as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate and Health Care Aide Certificate.
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care or visiting care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
