About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at 16184880 Canada Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Analyze market research data to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Product Development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet the needs of our target market.

Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and goals.

Communication and Content Creation

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with our target audience, and create high-quality content to support marketing campaigns.

Media and Public Relations

Manage media relations and public relations efforts to maintain a positive brand image and reputation.

Database Management

Develop and maintain a digital database to track customer interactions and preferences.

Brand Management

Develop and implement strategies to maintain and enhance our brand image and reputation.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a marketing role.

Work Setting

Various locations, with a willingness to relocate.

Budgetary Responsibility

$100,001 - $500,000.

Supervision

5-10 people.

Workplace Information

Hybrid work environment, with a permanent work term and 35-40 hours per week.

English.
