Located in Waterloo, ON, our organization offers a hybrid work arrangement for this role. You will spend a minimum of two consecutive days every other week and one day per month at our office.

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Investment Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Quantitative Analyst, you will be responsible for risk analysis, portfolio analytics, and investment research.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. An undergraduate or master's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  2. Experience building and supporting technology solutions.
  3. 3 to 5 years of quantitative experience with a focus on data analysis.
  4. A good understanding of investment selection, portfolio construction, and portfolio risk management.

**What We Offer:**

  • An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • An additional paid volunteer day each year.
  • Immediate enrollment in the company's pension program with employer matching.
