Client Relations Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist. As an RBC Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and championing the RBC brand.
Job SummaryThis is a part-time opportunity to work in our Blind River branch, where you will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing advice-based solutions, and leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with clients in the branch, delivering outstanding service through transactions and identifying opportunities for advice, solutions, digital enablement, and partner introductions.
- Focus on education and demonstration, using technology to drive solutions and retain business.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team.
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests while completing transactions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A goal-oriented approach, with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first.
- Drive and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
- Digital literacy across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
- Personal flexibility to work flexible hours.
- Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.
- Confidence and ability to learn financial concepts and willingness to obtain the Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
