At Global Wireless Solutions Inc., we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Agent to join our team. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolving technical issues and troubleshooting problems
  • Providing training and guidance to customers on how to use our products and services
  • Collecting and maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a technical support role is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
