Technical Support Specialist

At Global Wireless Solutions Inc., we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Agent to join our team. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolving technical issues and troubleshooting problems
- Providing training and guidance to customers on how to use our products and services
- Collecting and maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a technical support role is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
