At MSH Americas - Diot-Siaci Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Training Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for training and development to take on a challenging role that will allow them to grow and develop their skills.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Training Specialist to deliver, design, and develop engaging training programs that stimulate trainees and create other training assets to keep knowledge alive. The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult education, training, human resources, or business, and at least 2 years of experience in a training role in a world-class customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our clients and employees
  • Deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to engage employees and trainees
  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Update and maintain training materials, policies, procedures, and manuals
  • Create course catalogs and draft training communications, reports, and statistical summaries
Requirements:
  • Possession of a post-secondary education in a related field (Adult Education, Training, Human Resources, or Business) or a combination of education and experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a training role in a world-class customer service environment
  • Strong training, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, for producing training materials and presentations
