As a Provincial Infrastructure Specialist with the Ontario Ministry of the Solicitor General, you will play a key role in helping to develop and implement the Ministry's Repair and Rehabilitation Plan on a provincial level.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in infrastructure planning and management, with a strong understanding of the theories, principles, and practices of real estate and property management. You will lead cross-divisional and cross-jurisdictional project teams and working groups, developing robust project scopes and assisting service providers in cost estimation.

You will also be responsible for leading the program area through the annual planning process, identifying infrastructure needs and opportunities, and developing options and proposed solutions that identify risks. Your ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources and propose infrastructure initiatives will be critical in this role.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can work effectively with multiple clients, partners, and stakeholders, participating in presentations to senior management and building consensus among team members.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $123,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and a dynamic work environment.
