We've expanded our services across multiple channels: In-studio, Sweat in the Park, Sweat Live, Sweat on Demand, and Sweat on the Roof – a one-of-a-kind, outdoor rooftop fitness studio in the heart of downtown Toronto.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Fitness Team Ambassador to join our Front of House team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness and want to share their positive energy with the community.
The Fitness Team Ambassador will earn class credits by volunteering at the studio, which can be shared with friends and family. They will also have access to all of our favorite HIIT, Yoga, and Ride classes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a love for Sweat and Tonic. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Welcoming every guest warmly
• Checking in guests to class
• Assisting with basic guest service inquiries
• Providing 1-on-1 tours to new guests
• Maintaining the studio space by performing routine and miscellaneous tasks
• Ensuring classes start on time and are uninterrupted
• Tag-teaming with the Back of House team to clear and reset the studio space
• Answering guest inquiries and following up on them
• Working alongside the team to create an uplifting experience for everyone
Requirements:
• 3-month minimum commitment
• Recommended 3 hours per shift, with 2 shifts per week preferred
