Financial Services Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services Professional to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. As a key member of our Personal and Business Banking Team, you will be responsible for building and growing a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management, financial services support, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Focus on each client experience and connect on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful. Provide tailored advice and solutions in all areas of financial planning, including day-to-day banking, investments, lending, and estate planning.
- Business Development: Deeply understand your local market and potential client base to create a sales plan that will convert leads into new clients. Use your strong relationship-building and networking skills to create connections, generate opportunities, and deliver bottom-line results.
- Community Involvement: Heighten CIBC brand awareness in your community by attending local events and participating in marketing and outreach activities.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in providing financial advice to clients and establishing relationships while achieving performance targets.
- Certifications: Current accreditation and good standing for CIRO-ID licensing requirements; Canadian Securities Course (CSC) written within the past 3 years is required upon hire, Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH), Wealth Management Essentials Course (WME), Personal Financial Planner (PFP) within 24 months of hire.
