Position Summary

As a key member of the Gordon Ramsay Burger team, this role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in our restaurant. Working closely with the Manager or Supervisor, you will contribute to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members, while adhering to the Company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clears tables or counters as soon as they are vacated
  • Removes used dishes, glasses, cutlery, linen, and paper products, disposing of them according to outlet operational guidelines
  • Cleans tables and counters according to outlet operational guidelines
  • Assists in the overall maintenance of F&B areas, including floors, walls, windows, etc.
  • Assists Servers in replenishing supplies and table maintenance
  • Assists with restocking as required and maintains a clean and tidy stock area
  • Minimizes breakage by properly filling bus pans
  • Collects recyclables for removal
  • Provides guests with additional items as requested
  • Performs opening and closing duties as required
  • Runs food to tables
  • Cleans spills as they occur
  • Liaises and communicates effectively with all operational departments
  • Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership, and team members
  • Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed

Education and Qualifications

  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends
  • Minimum 6 months work experience
  • Serving it Right certification
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
  • Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective, and service-oriented communication

Work Environment Considerations

  • Regular restaurant or casino environment. Standing or walking for long periods of time and non-traditional work hours
