At Van Cheong Tea, we are seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries. You will also coordinate activities with our warehouse and production units, estimate the type and quantity of materials and labor required for production, and train workers in duties and policies. Additionally, you will organize and maintain inventory, establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics. Responsibilities:

* Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
* Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units
* Estimate type and quantity of materials and labor required for production

* Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Strong background in production and logistics

Work Environment:

* Permanent position
* 30 to 40 hours per week
* Work language: English
