We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at McLean Hospital, a leading psychiatric hospital in the Boston area.

About the Role

This is a full-time day shift position with standard hours of 40 per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients undergoing Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Ketamine treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and maintain patient safety during treatment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a BSN degree preferred. One year of medical/psychiatric experience is preferred, but not required. You must also hold a current license as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
