Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shehnai Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure optimal inventory management.
  • Recruit and hire food service staff to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
